The visit of Goodwill near my location, is my art form and therapy. However; Gian as a photojournalist - must remain nonchalant enough and avoid the act of overdoing of photographing other shoppers, clerks, and the employees.
In my opinion, you cannot demand perfectionism and high standards in a Goodwill. There will be employees who have taken the route from vocational and rehabilitation services as the client. Even if they are clients of organisations of care, triage, and HIPAA - they will be photographed without consent out in the public eye.
